Day 22: More Protein!

One thing I know for sure, the skin needs protein and fats to generate new skin. There are some things out of control with this TSW thing, but many things are also within our control and diet is one of them.

Whenever the body is ready to create new skin, I’m going to make sure it has all the nutrients it needs to do it.

Here are some of the meals I’ve been eating lately. Usually I knock it down with some kombucha and a probiotic too.

Fatty lamb steaks
Salmon and alfalfa sprouts
