I’ve had a really good week of workouts, saunas and eating a lot of food, so I feel like it’s time for another fast.
I’ll be doing 72 hours water fasting only, with periods of dry fasting where possible. My forehead has been showing some improvements with the saunas, so hopefully this will give it an extra kick into cleansing out all this dead skin.
Just had my last meal of pineapples and berries, and starting my fast RIGHT NOW!
